Ticket Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to Eventbrite tickets bought for the 2023 Reel Rock Film Tour events hosted by Snowline Media Ltd. By buying or being issued with tickets, all recipients of tickets (“you”) including the original buyer (“the Buyer”) are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Ticket Transfers
Any ticket transfer is subject to our discretion and ticket availability. Ticket transfers will be considered in the following circumstances:
- The ticket transfer request must be received no less than 7 days before the date of the event of the event you hold tickets for.
- The event you would like to transfer must have an allocation of Eventbrite tickets available (extra charges may be payable depending on ticket prices) and has a transfer option available.
Please note that it is not possible to transfer to an event that has sold out of an Eventbrite allocation (even if tickets are available through the venue box office).
Refunds
Refunds will only be offered if requested more than 7 days before the event.

We do not refund tickets after this date except in certain circumstances when a show is abandoned or curtailed. The total refund for a ticket shall be the face value of the ticket purchased. The cost of personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality or accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.

We reserve the right to change the advertised show date and show schedule of events without notice or liability, where it is necessary to do so.

If admission is reasonably refused for whatever reason, or if you are reasonably ejected or excluded from the venue for whatever reason, no money will be refunded or compensation provided.
